good afternoon to buy a 3G phone model 9100 pearl of the company TELUS canada, but when I switched on in Venezuela with Movistar company tell me that the phone can not be activated because it has the counter mep 0 left and for that reason can not enter the code to unlock, I wonder if you can help me
